 AMCVL maintains strict separation between commercial functions and technical decision-making. Sales, marketing, consultancy, or training personnel do not influence conformity assessment outcomes. Impartiality risks are continuously identified, mitigated, and overseen through independent structures such as the Impartiality Committee. 

AMCVL conducts all activities in full conformity with applicable federal, state, and international laws and regulations governing testing, safety, consumer protection, and conformity assessment.
